Din luna septembrie 2016 lucram la un proiect provocator, ofertant : pereti cortina structurali la sediu firma ABITARE,Brasov, proiect care este inca in derulare .

Materiale folosite la aceasta lucrare :

- Profile Schueco pentru perete cortina sistem FW 50 SG ( structural ).

- Structura aluminiu: montanti si traverse coplanare cu montantii.

- Fixare traverse cu suruburi si conectori.

- Rezemare geam pe cale portante pt. greutati mari.

- Bariera termica de 31mm.

- Garnituri si accesorii de sistem Schueco.

- Piese de fixare din otel, cu reglaj pe 2 directii si preluarea deformatiilor din variatiil termice

- Ochiuri mobile: ferestre basculante cu deschidere exterioara (senk-klapp), sistem AWS114

- Usa de intrare:

- sistem ADS 70 HD (heavy duty): toc si cercevea cu adancimea de 70mm, coplanare)

- balamale de trafic triple, cu reglaj pe 3 directii (4 buc./foaia de usa)

- broasca din otel inoxidabil, cu inchidere in 5 puncte

- toate celelalte piese de feronerie sunt din otel inoxidabil.

Inchideri perimetrale:

- termoizolatie

- hidroizolatie cu banda multistrat

Vitrare: geam termoizolant de 54 mm cu distantier structural 326320, sigilat structural la exterior.
